The ILINA Program is dedicated to providing an outstanding platform for Africans to learn and work on questions around maximizing wellbeing today, preventing and mitigating global catastrophic risks and ensuring that the long-term future goes well.
We believe that there are some large and neglected problems in the world, and the most workable solutions to these problems require the efforts of talented people from diverse backgrounds.
We also believe that there are many Africans who, given the right knowledge and support, can make outstanding contributions to solving these problems. Our goal at the ILINA Program is to provide a platform that gives that kind of knowledge and support.
Currently, we organize an annual fellowship and run seminars targeted at young talented Africans. We have also just began doing research of our own and we expect this to become a big part of what we will be doing in future.
